MaHoJeRo offers grants for PhD students of chemistry, physics and material science to our partner universities in Japan and Korea. They should apply 6 months before your planed exchange visit. This lead time is needed to arrange all the administrative purposes like application, visa etc.
If you want to apply for a grant, please send a short note to the MaHoJeRo Coordinator. Furthermore we need:
- Your CV (English) including a photo and exam results
- Motivation letter (English, 1 page) including why you want to go abroad, what are your personal benefits and why MaHoJeRo should fund your project.
- A letter of recommendation from your supervising professor
- A filled “MaHoJeRo Application Form”
